Payment Schedule
Package rate plus fees for wedding day services
(Reception slide-show, etc.)
Payable in 3 payments as follows:
- 30% Due at booking
- 30% Due 45 days prior to wedding
- Balance (40%) Due 15 days prior to wedding If the
wedding is booked from 45 to 16 days from the date,
60% will be due at booking and the balance will still be due
15 days prior.
If the wedding is booked within 15 days from the date, 100%
of the fee is due at booking.
*Note that the date will not be held
if any scheduled payment has not cleared within 7
days of receipt/being due Additional Fees (Albums, prints, etc) are due at
the time the order is placed.
All fees are non-refundable.
No portion of the fee will be refunded for
cancellations due to any reason, other than family
emergency. My policy for family emergencies will be
determined on a case-by-case basis and will be at my
sole discretion. You may be required to offer proof
of the emergency to receive any refund.
If you cancel your date for any reason other than
family emergency, any fees that have already been
paid are non-refundable. However, you will not be
responsible to pay any portions that have not yet
been paid. Note that, If the entire fee has not been
paid in full before the day of the wedding, the date
will be cancelled and no previously paid portions
will be refunded.
I accept only cash, check or money orders for the
base fees. Credit cards will only be accepted for
additional products or services such as albums and
prints. I recommend paying the base fee by money
order to ensure there are no hang-ups on payments
clearing that might cause your date to be cancelled. |
